From April 9 to 11, 2024, Vittorio Veneto will become the Italian capital of the pastry world thanks to the 6th National Championship to be held at I.P.S.E.O.A. "Alfredo Beltrame," the Victorian State Professional Institute of Food and Wine Services and Hospitality, winner of the last edition of the championship with students Maya Cester and Aurora Rossetti, current holders of the national title.
And Irinox is alongside the Beltrame Institute in organizing this competition by providing its equipment to the participants. The presence of Irinox at the National Pastry Championships testifies how our products are of excellence and a fundamental tool to become pastry champions. The support to Isitituto Beltrame is a confirmation of the relationship with the school world that Irinox has been pursuing for years with numerous projects.
Underlining the importance of the appointment was the presentation held this morning in Venice, at the regional headquarters, in the presence of Veneto's Tourism and Agriculture Councillor, Federico Caner, who celebrated all the students of the Institute who won the national competition in 2023.
