IRINOX has always been having a management system of its own to ensure the required standards in carrying out its corporate activities.
The management system addresses and complements all necessary activities in order to achieve product and service quality standards, environment preservation, employees’ health and safety, thus making all the internal company processes more efficient and effective.
Being present in more than 85 different countries, we are committed to meet the most strict international manufacturing standards. That is why we are consistent in having our corporate processes being certified by outside qualified licensed agencies.
Our Executive Board believes that all personnel needs to pursue the caring for quality in general, environment-friendly and pollution-preventing processes, compliance with the law, consistent improvement, all this as part of their own culture, their own mission and heritage AND that they need to engage this set of values when facing and finding solutions to challenges which might undermine the end-customer or even the company’s collaborators satisfaction.
Specific certifications
IRINOX management system is certified in compliance to ISO standards (specifically, regulations ISO 9001,14001 and 45001). ISO standards rule over management systems; they are voluntary-based management and organization processes.
Such regulations lay down requirements for companies/organizations to be able to:
- Meet customers’ needs through their products and service (ISO 9001).
- To monitor any factors in their own manufacturing and performing activities which may have an impact on the environment (ISO14001).
- Specify the requirements for the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001)
The management system covers ALL corporate activities: manufacturing and delivering of products, analytic check on products and raw materials needed to guarantee quality standards required by our customers.
ISO 14001
It is a voluntary-compliance-based norm, ruling over environment-friendly management requirements. It can be engaged by any type of organization, either public or private.
ISO 9001
It is a product-quality-certification; it is the internationally-approved-standard to certify any organization willing to meet the need of having more effective and efficient internal processes.
ISO 45001
ISO 45001 is an ISO standard for management systems of occupational health and safety (OH&S). The goal of ISO 45001 is the reduction of occupational injuries and diseases, including promoting and protecting physical and mental health.
STANDARD ISO 14064-1
The Verification Statement according to the international standard ISO 14064-1 2018 allows you to quantify your greenhouse gas emissions by measuring the carbon footprint of your business activity.
GENDER EQUALITY
Gender Equality Certification is awarded to companies that adopt policies and practices to promote gender equality in the workplace. The certification, which is voluntary, is issued by accredited bodies and is based on an evaluation system that takes into consideration several factors, including:
- the representation of women in top positions;
- work-life balance policies;
- discrimination prevention policies;
Irinox obtained the certification in December 2023 with high and above-average evaluations for companies.
