Ristorante Il Burchiello

The Carraro family, a reference point for catering and hospitality, has been welcoming its loyal clientele in the wonderful corner of Venice Riviera since 1942. The Restaurant “Il Burchiello”, located in the most enchanting area in the Venetian Riviera, at Mira (just outside Venice), has always stood for warm hospitality and excellent service.

The characteristics of its cooking, praised in national and international guides, is the natural taste of its fish dishes, prepared according to the Venetian tradition.

Thanks to Irinox Work System it’s been possible to garanty constantly the highest quality working smarter: they have been managing dish preparation and cooking, regardless of serving time.

The Chef is now able to cope with peak hours and spend some time with its guests.
