Ristorante dell'Angolo - Rizzo Giuseppe
Giuseppe has been running his Ristorante dell’angolo a few kilometres from the centre of Milan successfully for years. He’s always on the lookout for prime produce to use in dishes that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
In order to combine quality with a good variety of dishes some years ago Giuseppe introduced an Irinox blast chiller into his kitchen to give him greater flexibility when buying ingredients while ensuring that quality of stored food remains high.
