Cristian Beduschi - pastry endorser

Cristian Beduschi enters at the age of 16 years in the confectionery shop of his family. A few years later he feels that he needs to experience something different.

He leaves for Milan and stops at Sant Ambroeus, the temple of patisserie , that after a  short period sends him in New York.

In 1987 he comes back to Cortina where he opens his own confectionery shop specialised in chocolate.

He attends the courses of the Etoile school of Sottomarina that pushes him to participate to several national and international contests where he obtained the best results:
 

1993 “confectioner's of the year”: silver medal
1993  Basilea world food expo: two silver medals
1994 Luxembourg world food expo: two gold medals
1995 gran prix Sicao: 1st rank
1996 gran prix Sicao Paris: 4° rank
1997 world champion at Lion with the Italian team

Today he is teacher of chocolate manufacture in several schools of confectionary and works with many companies in the world of food, such as Irinox.
