Marco De Vita - banqueting and catering endorserBorn in Rome on 11 November 1972.
After graduating from the Enalc-Hotel Hospitality Institute in Rome, I embarked on a career path consisting of a variety of practical learning experiences in Italy and abroad.

I then completed two Masters courses at famous European schools, majoring in creative cuisine, banquet cuisine and pastry.


I am presently working on a freelance basis for leading industry operators.

My continuing exploration of new systems and methods for preparing and preserving foods finds its expression through daily work experiences and in on-going professional development.

 

My development has been enriched by participation in the following cooking competitions:

  • Bronze Medal at the 2002 “Culinary Olympics” at Erfurt in Germany.
  • Bronze Medal at the 2002 “Culinary World Cup” in Luxemburg.
  • Gold Medal at the 2003 Regional “Marrone’ d’Oro” Competition.
  • Silver Medal at the 2004 “Internazionale di Massa”, ranked First in my category
